Private Pay: The benefit of private pay is increased privacy and flexibility in treatment as most all insurances require a diagnosis to cover treatment and can request records at any time to ensure medical necessity.

Out of Network: if I am out of network with your insurance you may be able to bill your insurance for reimbursement if you have out of network coverage. We can discuss this further when you contact me for services so we can figure out what might work best for you.

* Insurance can be complicated and one plan may go by many different names. It helps to get comfortable calling your insurance to clarify details of your plan; you can simply give them my information and ask for your insurance representative to verify whether I am in their network.
If I am in network with your insurance plan, then I will bill your insurance directly and you will be responsible for co-payment, if any, due at the time of service. When we arrange for your initial appointment, you will be emailed a link to my portal on Simple Practice to fill out initial paperwork so that I can gather some helpful information beforehand and we can avoid using up time from your initial session. At this time, you will be able to set up a personal profile and place your preferred billing method on file. You will also be able to send me secured messages, request and cancel appointments (anything cancelled w/in less than 24hrs time will incur a fee up to the full cost of the session unless there are extenuating circumstances).
